PLEASE NOTE:
•  Members with up-to-date dues are entitled to General Admission seating on a first-come, first-served basis, excluding Reserved Seats.
•  Reserved Seating LIMITED to individuals ages 12 AND OLDER 
•  Reserved Seating includes both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. 
•  Reserved seating requests will be processed in the order received.
For each Reserved seat requested above, please indicate:
♦  The Name of the person the seat is reserved for
♦  The Location - (men/women)
♦  The Seat Type - must match the seat type purchased above
♦  The Section, Row # and Seat #, if known
♦  Any other information that might help us reserve the seat you want.

Do you require Handicapped Parking?
Requires that you show your state handicap sticker/hanger along with your CBT Handicap parking pass to access the CBT parking lot.
